Honda 100ki
Honda aims to increase awareness and customer acquisition for its new 100ki product pages by simplifying the digital customer journey. The goal is to attract conquest customers (non-Honda users) and drive High-Value Behaviors (HVBs), such as requesting a quote, locating a dealer, or scheduling a test drive.
The current challenge lies in creating a seamless, intuitive, and engaging product page experience that effectively communicate the value offering while minimising friction and cognitive load for new and returning users.

UX Review
I carried out a UX review from a heuristic POV going module by module on desktop and mobile and gave suggestions based on the previous product page.
Crazy 8s
I carried out a crazy 8s workshop to go through hero ideas - taking into consideration the goals and context helped up come up with a variety of ideas. This workshop consisted of A lead product designer, content designer, product manager and a developer.
Competitor Review
I carried out competitor review on Volvo, Lexus, Vauxhall and Nissan. This helped gain an understanding of good examples like Volvo and Polestar of what we could achieve.
User interviews
We carried out two sets of user interviews before designing the new product pages to help to establish the user painpoints and then after the design to see how it’s been improved and what can be done. I set out the board so we can visually see what users are are commenting on
After the first set of interviews we organised it into shoulds, must and nice to haves so we could design.
These are a few of the key findings from the old product pages set of interviews
Design iterations
We did variation design iterations taking into consideration user and business needs.
Solutions
We made the solutions based on balancing user and business needs. Users really wanted a features page so this was created too.
